The Deadly Dozen is a fitness race designed to be both challenging and accessible, involving 12 x 400m runs (Journeys) interspersed with 12 exercise stations (Labours). The Labours utilize bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, and weight plates, making it adaptable to various settings. The race aims to test both physical and mental endurance.
This session will give you a chance to practice all of these moves along with the 400m runs.
