What to expect: This relaxing yoga class is a blend of gentle and slow movement, mindful breathing, guided meditation and soothing sounds, making it the perfect wind down after a long week.

What to bring: Yoga mat if possible, blanket and cushion but feel free to bring whatever you need for extra comfort eg bolster or eye mask etc.
